Every Bank and agent is responsible to the court for his illegal activities. You can curb the illegal measures and protect your peaceful living for the loan you obtain by approaching the court.
This agents haunt even the reserve bank employees in RBI quarters, not even they leave their own managers who was removed from the job. When your right is affected then approach the legal forum to stop illegal payments.
